I have been using Pierre Chenxu products for about 5 years now. Thank you for your directions. I received the sample set on Monday and started using it immediately. It is now Thursday and it looks like the refreshening fluid will be all used up by tomorrow or very possibly the next day. The creams are really wonderful to use and absorb well into the skin without leaving it greasy, they are very pleasant to use. However, it is very hard to tell whether my skin has improved to any extent that would convince me to order the retail sizes. I believe it would cost me 193.9 US dollars which converts to about 120 pounds. Is it possible to have another sample set? - even to pay the retail price of the sample set? I am not trying to avoid paying any money, just simply unsure whether the product is
working enough to invest 120 pounds in it. I have a lot of hope that it will work and there does seem to be a slight improvement in my skin. I've been using your products for over 6 months and am very pleased!!!!!!
However, I still get a few breakouts (menstrual flare-ups) a few weeks before my cycle. Although your products has helped tremendously with my overall acne, I still want to get rid of these few menstrual breakouts. So, I was thinking about using apple cider vinegar on my skin at night for about 10-15 minutes and then rinse off. This would be in addition to what I currently use (Anti-Acne fluid, Blackhead remover, camphor toner, azulene cream, and chamilolle day cream). Would using apple cider vinegar for a few minutes help correct the PH balance of my skin and eliminate the remaining breakouts? Could I use it along with my other Pierre Chenxu products? My Pierre Chenxu products have made my skin look and feel so much better and they have corrected alot of the dryness and dullness that I had from using Proactiv and other acne products. I just want to be sure that using the apple cider vinegar doesn't dry my skin out and make my breakouts worse.
I'm also thinking about the Chinese herbal product-- Margarite Acne Pills (internal treatment) to help with these remaining few breakouts. These pills are supposed to clear blood heat and eliminate toxins, so I could use it in conjunction with my Pierre Chenxu products. Have you heard about this product? Would it be helpful since my acne is primarily hormonal (also, I'm 30 years old).?

I am just writing for some quick info. I have been using the sample sets you were kind enough to send me - thank you - and have now placed an order for the products. I have noticed a vast improvement in my skin - the pores in the T-zone no longer look deeply clogged and I am truly amazed that these products work! I would like to know, in your experience, how long the pores take to close up properly. The camphor toner does a wonderful job but the open pores are still very visible. I have received my sample products and am quite pleased with my results in just this past week! I have been bothered by very oily skin most of my life yet I almost never have breakouts. When I tried several Obagi peels recently, it left my skin condition even worse and terribly hypersensitive. I just have a terribly shiny face all the time and very enlarged pores. Your products seem to already have eliminated my shine problem and I'm only having to powder my face a few times a day rather than continuously.
I've placed a full order already but I still have a question. Since my skin seems to be normalizing and my pores are being cleared out, is there now any way to shrink up the pores and indentations so they're less visible? Alot of these I got after doing the peels.
I was reading some of your information and you were giving advice to someone who asked the same question. You said there was an astringent product that would do just that. Could you tell me what it is so I can order it.

Hi, I started using Wondergel and the sample deep cleanser and toner last week, and already I am seeing results. My pores are looking much better, I am quite impressed. However, my skin has become very dry. I use no other cleansers or soaps and don't wear makeup. I know the problem is complicated because of it being winter and having the heat on all the time. What can I use to moisturize my skin without impeding the results from the Wondergel?

Can you tell me what the main purpose VTB is for. I got a sample of it and used it mainly on the eye area. I also put some on my pimple scares. It seems to work for that. It is very expensive so it must be good.I have some wrinkling around my eyes and was wondering what the best product would be for that.

I love your products.....alot the only thing is my cheeks both sides are so bad with the blackheads and whiteheads and scars...they are deep with blackheads and i guess litlle small whiteheads pimples..,,At night i am now starting to sleep with tissue on my pillow.....i had wash my pillowcase and the next night i had broke out on my face.

Receieved products today.... Can't wait to use them. Had tried samples before and the products do really work. Face seemed to be doing okay but not wonderfully without the products but now that I am pregnant(3months)my face is the worst it has ever been...severe acne. But I know this will help as it did before when the condition was not as severe. But what I did want to share with you is that 2 of the 4 free samples were not included in the shipment:TheGensing night repair and Hair Pro. It's no big deal, they don't need to be sent but just for your info they were missing. Thanks for such a miracle product!!! The products left my skin feeling soft and smooth without tightness at all. I just want to ask about your cleansers. They do not lather as other brands do. Can you please tell me why and is it okay to use a make up remover of a different brand first followed by one of your cleansers?

I received your sample products about four days ago and so far they seem to be working very nicely. I have two questions for you. The instructions that were e-mailed to me said that if I did not follow the entire regimen, the products would not work. I am following the instructions, but when it comes time to purchase the products, I'm not sure that i can really afford to purchase all seven products at once....does this mean that if I really like

greetings...i've been using wondergel, ginsing purifying scrub and active aqua for a few months now and am pretty pleased with the results as far as clearing up my blackheads. however, i've noticed that some are very stubborn and getting smaller, but it seems to be a very slow process. is there another item that you would recommend using in conjunction with these two that will help eliminate stubborn blackheads. please don't send me a whole list of items (as i am a single mom, full time student and can't afford a lot). but if you could suggest one or two that would be wonderful. thanks for putting such wonderful products out into the world.
